Vacation Care

Vacation Care programs are available for kindergarten children and school-aged children.

We offer a number of vacation activities, some of which are excursions to the movies, picnics in the park, museum visits, horse riding, ten pin bowling, farm visits and swimming at Glennie Aquatics at The Clive Berghofer Sports Centre.

Cooking, woodwork, gift making, painting and special craft projects are some of the activities children can enjoy indoors during this time. Prior to each vacation time, a vacation program will be printed advising parents of each day’s planned activities. These programs will be emailed to families, can be collected from the Junior Years Office or the Pitstop Co-ordinator, or can be found on the Glennie Portal. Permission slips will be provided for parents to complete before any planned excursions.

Before the end of each term, Vacation Care programs are finalised and enrolments in the program are invited. Any child, not just Glennie girls, can take advantage of the fun programs planned to entertain children during the holidays. Bookings for the Vacation Care Program fill quickly and parents are advised to book early.
